CBP Equity is informed by my experience in leading brands, businesses, and people in complex global environments.
During a 28-year international career at Unilever, I held senior leadership roles across markets and organisations. The work involved bringing strategic clarity to complex business realities, influencing across diverse stakeholder environments, and making decisions with long-term impact for people, brands and business performance.
My perspective is also shaped by a lived experience as a woman navigating ambition, expectations, and authority, while combining leadership, motherhood, and long-term choices, including my own journey towards financial independence.
Alongside my executive experience, I am an ICF-certified coach with an advanced diploma in systemic coaching, and hold an INSEAD certification in corporate governance.
